In Spain´s sunny South, on the racetrack of Cartagena, the new Blue Toro Endurance series, consisting of four events on racetracks in Spain´s North and South, takes off from January 26th – 30th. The series is made for amateurs longing for lots of track time and competition in style. Two Warm Ups are on the schedule already for 2008: Alcarras, a brand new circuit close to Lleida, ca. 120 kms from Barcelona, is the exciting first venue with a track width of 14 meters, 3,743m of length, up to 9% of descent resp. ascent and a magnificent view over the Catalonian countryside, and Cartagena on the southern Costa del Sol.

All of the rounds go over 4 hours and each of them concludes a track day session of a number of days worth the trip. Classification is in 4 categories, 3 of them for 2- resp. 3-bike-teams, the fourth being reserved to endurance teams with one bike. Riders not making the qualification time can compete in an additional 1 hour „easy endurance“ race the best of which can join in for the 4 h race.
